What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We do charge a 3% processing fee when paying via credit card. A 50% deposit is required prior to installation for commercial accounts. Residential installations will require payment in full the day of the scheduled installation.
How do I maintain the installation & product?
Our expert team maintains your install from start to finish. We check on your properties weekly, and repair or replace any damaged or non-functional lights or decoration. After the holidays our team will carefully remove your installation for storage at our warehouses.
Do I get to keep the product?
All product used for our installations are property of Trimmers Holiday Decor. Though the product being used is exclusive to your property, Trimmers Holiday Decor stores and maintains all items at their warehouse. We do have product for sale if you are interested but, our installation services are a separate fee.
How will this affect my electric bill?
The majority of our installations now use low electric consumption LED lights. We use timers at all locations to ensure electricity is not being wasted. Increases in your electric bill will vary contingent on the size of the job. However, most residential installations will see a very minimal difference.
How much notice do you need?
Many of our commercial accounts sign multi-year agreements to ensure a spot on our schedule. We begin booking commercial accounts in March and finalize the majority of them by the end of June. Individual residential homes are booked via waitlist on a first come first serve basis. Repeat residential customers receive priority scheduling.
Is there a minimum fee for an installation?
Fees may vary contingent on the date of booking. Our minimum fee for booking is $3,000.00 for an installation.
Can I use my own decorations?
You can absolutely use your own decorations but, Trimmers Holiday Decor does not install any lighting, decorations, or products supplied by the customer. Trimmers Holiday Decor is not liable for customer supplied products.
